Free consultation
Visit our Hamilton showroom, or we come to you with the mobile showroom. We measure, photograph and inventory what you need to store.
- Days 1–3
3D design + itemized quote
You receive a to-scale rendering, a capacity report and line-item pricing. Revisions are unlimited and free.
- Approval
Order confirmation
Finishes, hardware and accessories are locked in and your build slot is reserved. Balance is not due until installation is complete.
- Weeks 1–6
Custom production
Your order is produced to your exact dimensions by our manufacturing partner, Closet Parts — one of the country's largest custom closet manufacturers. Custom closets take 5–6 weeks.
- Week 6–7
Installation scheduling
Once your build is complete we need about one additional week to schedule installation around your calendar.
- Install day
Installation & walkthrough
Our own crew installs — most closets finish in 1–3 days. We level, adjust, clean up and haul away debris, then walk the project with you.
Plan on 6–7 weeks total
From approved design to a finished closet: 5–6 weeks of production plus roughly one week for installation scheduling. If you have a hard deadline — a move-in, a listing date, a holiday — tell us at the consultation and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
How to prepare for install day
- Empty the closet, including the floor and top shelf
- Clear a path from the front door to the room
- Let us know about pets we should keep behind a door
- Point out any planned painting so we can sequence around it
- Confirm any electrical work for LED lighting in advance
Order now, hang clothes in about 6–7 weeks.
